.SYNOPSIS...
Not much change for today with high temperatures as much as 8 to
12 degrees above average for the lower deserts and inland valleys.
Cooling will spread inland for Friday and Saturday with high
temperatures on Saturday near to around 5 degrees below average
with the deserts around 5 degrees above average. Minor day to day
changes will continue through the middle of next week. A marine
layer near 1500 feet deep today will deepen slightly to 1500 to
2000 feet for this weekend into next week with night and morning
coastal low clouds spreading into the western valleys late each
night.

SAN DIEGO...WESTERN RIVERSIDE AND SOUTHWESTERN SAN BERNARDINO
COUNTIES...
.SHORT TERM (Today through Saturday)...
Not much change for today with high temperatures as much as 8 to
12 degrees above average for the lower deserts and inland valleys.
High temperatures will range from the 70s near the coast to the
upper 90s to 107 for the Inland Empire with 115 to 120 for the
lower deserts. High temperatures will be near record levels for
the lower deserts.
Cooling will spread inland for Friday and Saturday with high
temperatures on Saturday near to around 5 degrees below average
with the deserts around 5 degrees above average. High temperatures
on Saturday will range from the lower 70s near the coast to the
upper 80s to upper 90s for the Inland Empire with 110 to 115 for
the lower deserts.
A marine layer near 1500 feet deep will deepen to 1500 to 2000
feet for the weekend. Coverage of night and morning coastal low
clouds will increase for Friday into the weekend with low clouds
returning to the western valleys for the weekend.

.LONG TERM (Sunday through Wednesday)...
Only slight day to day changes are expected with high temperatures
for the coast and valleys a few to around 5 degrees below average
with the deserts around 5 degrees above average. High temperatures
will range from the lower to mid 70s near the coast to the mid 80s
to near 100 for the Inland Empire with 110 to 114 for the lower
deserts. Night and morning coastal low clouds will spread into the
western valleys late each night.

100900Z....Coast...Low clouds based 800-1200 ft MSL are gradually
developing over coastal areas of SD County and are expected to
continue filling in 5-10 miles inland. Low clouds to stop at the
immediate coast for Orange County; only 20% chance for cigs at KSNA.
Scattering to the coast again by 16Z. More extensive low clouds move
into coastal areas again after 06Z Fri, based 1000-1500 ft MSL.
Otherwise, FEW high clouds AOA 20 kft through Fri.
Valleys/Mountains/Deserts...VFR conditions and unrestricted vis with
FEW thin high clouds AOA 20 kft through Fri.
